The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership program sponsored by the Wyckoff/Midland Park Rotary Club for students currently completing their junior year. Candidates were interviewed and selected by the Rotary committee to attend an all-expense paid 5-day conference. These juniors will engage with a diverse group of exceptional speakers, make friends through fellowship activities, and discuss the ethical and social issues of today.
