IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE ACCEPTABLE USE DOCUMENT:
- Two batches of AUPs were erroneously sent last week to IHHS parents. If you encounter a message indicating that the AUP document was deleted, please look for a second email with the correct AUP attached. For email services that stack similar emails such as Gmail, please look for the correct AUP as a second email in the chain.
- Parents with multiple students, please make sure you complete AUPs for each sibling.
- Freshmen Gmail credentials were sent out last week with the final schedule via USPS. Please allow postal delivery by September 5th. For additional information on accessing Student email: http://1to1.rih.org/#ui-tabs-4
- ALL students should have their AUPs in their district issued email account.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS
- Freshmen / new students that attended the orientations will receive their AUPs over the Labor Day weekend.
- Student's district gmail account (username / password) will be mailed out later on this week with the final schedule.
- MySchoolBucks profile for Freshmen / new students will be uploaded by Friday 8/31.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- All outstanding fines must be paid in full.
- Insurance payment via MySchoolBucks has been established for the returning students. Freshmen / new student profiles will be imported into MySchoolBucks by Friday, August 31st.
- All freshmen, new students and parents must attend the 1:1 laptop training. The only exemption is for parents that have attended training in prior years with a sibling.
- After all three requirements are met, freshmen and new students will pick up their laptops after school starts. The exact pickup schedule will be announced by each building.
